"The Nest on 30a" 3BR/2BA - Close to beach!

Welcome to "The Nest" on 30a, centrally located in Seagrove Beach in Seagrove Highlands. We love this location as it is situated in the heart of the 30a between Seaside and Rosemary Beach. PLUS you don't have to search for parking to go to the beach as you have direct beach access with a 5-7 minute walk down Somerset Bridge Road. This 3BR/2BA unit features travertine floors , granite countertops, and a screened in porch for relaxing and looking out to Point Washington National Forest.

Guests have access to the entire condo, pool, bbq area, and plenty of parking. Master Bedroom has just been updated to included a King Bed. 2nd bedroom has a Queen Bed and 3rd bedroom has a Twin over Full Size bunk beds. There is also a queen pull out couch.

For each reservation the guest will be assigned a unique entry code for their stay. This code will allow for guest entry self-checkin. Code will grant access at 4pm on the arrival date and stop at 10am on the day of departure.

Seagrove Highlands is a highly desirable condo complex on Somerset Bridge Road just off 30A. To get to the beach it is just a short stroll (5 minutes) to Somerset Bridge Road to the walkover to the beach. Seagrove Beach is home to great restaurants, shops, and other local businesses. You can access miles of paved bike/walk paths directly across the street to explore everything 30A has to offer.

30-A is a special place with so much to offer . There are so many great places to eat or grab a drink, unique boutique shops, art galleries and a 20 mile stretch of bike path with the most beautiful sugar sand beaches in the world.
