The first room they gave me had an overpowering smell of urine. And they acted surprised when I went and asked for a different room. The decor felt dated and carpets looked unclean.

The check in was a terrible experience! The nasty 20 year old punk at the check in was the type of person you would never put in position to be with public. I’m 73 and asked him if I could get a room closer to the entrance and instead he put me in the farthest room from the elevator on the third floor. Then he said “there’s an elevator’! Then he said he didn’t like my attitude. If I hadn’t prepaid I would never have stayed there. It’s in the middle of nowhere anyway. Would advise to find something else. The bathroom has a tiny stall shower. No tub. Bad experience overall. The parking lot was empty when I checked in so they could have easily accommodated my simple request. So much for customer service or respect for your elders.

The staff employees were helpful and the breakfast was great! The room was clean and comfortable. We stayed here two years ago, and everything is consistent so we will stay here again. It’s not in the middle of town, so the surround is limited by foot, but that’s to be expected. I recommend!

My room stunk. It smelt like a dirty locker room. I went to the front desk and they handed me a room spray. They didn't give me any other compensation and said I could not change rooms because they were sold out. The customer service was terrible. The bathroom door was a pocket door that did not provide much privacy.

Overall a pretty good stay. Clean rooms, affordable and a lovely little pool area. Decent enough breakfast, although with limited options. However, 4pm check-in combined with 11am check out is absurd. We notified the hotel we’d be coming early, which was confirmed by the text system they contacted us with, and while we were accommodated by the check in person (after a little back and forth) she clearly wasn’t happy about having to put us in a room at 2:30 in the afternoon, which is more than reasonable in my opinion.
