This is a homey and popular hotel. I loved the room the beds were great. The balcony was peaceful. Staff were mostly very helpful. I would say the kindest staff were the shuttle drivers. That was a great amenity! The location is perfect. We loved being there!

Nice and clean hotel. Excellent restaurant food in the evening. A little displeased they didn’t open in the morning until 7:00 am, I was there at 6:00 am and had to leave by 6:45 am. But all in all - very nice place.

Nice stay for a quick overnight trip

Room was nice and they accommodated us to switch rooms when AC wasn’t working well. Close to down town and near shops and restaurants. Overall a good stay for a night.

Good buy

Great hotel for the price and location but the service at the restaurant Amaya in hotel was slow and not good. Not sure if it’s owned by hotel. Also you will be charged a $21 convenience fee that is not included when u book on line. Overall it’s a good value.

Great hotel & location

We’ve stayed here many times before because we love the location—close to our favorite restaurant, Tomasita’s across the street. Parking is relatively easy and definitely safe. It’s a busy place, but you can always find a spot if you circle around enough times. My only complaint is that while the room was comfortable, we could hear people moving around above us until midnight and then it finally quieted down. It’s an old building and since we were on the first floor, we could hear noise from the room above, the bar and live music, which is a plus, until you’re ready to settle down and go to sleep. That’s my only complaint. Could have been quieter, but maybe it’s just the room we got on this visit.

I traveled cross country with my 86 yr old mother and was fortunate to have booked this hotel last minute. Everything about our stay was lovely. The rooms were spacious and clean and the food was delicious. I wish I could have stayed longer. I was particularly pleased that it is owned by Native Americans. The staff was wonderful. We are bilingual and were happy that staff was free to speak to us in Spanish. Sadly, I have found that many nice hotels do not allow their staff to speak to their guests in anything other than English. I can't wait to visit again.
