Quite noisy

Newer looking hotel in an industrial area next an abandoned looking construction site. Quite noisy inside. Could hear people talking in adjecent rooms and hallway. We stayed in the top floor and the AC units on the roof sounded like jet engines taking off ...all night. We stayed in a 1 bedroom suit. The suit was a nice European style layout, compact but comfortable. Room was clean. They charge extra for parking, and also and arm and a leg for breakfast.

Beautiful rooms. Nice property.. Beautiful pool area. Great staff at Restaurant/Bar. Carmen and Isidro were Wonderful. However, the in-room phone didn’t work . A little noisy at times. Overall a very positive experience… Would , Definitely, stay here , again.

Good hotel Horrible service

The room itself was good, the common areas were very bad. Pool and hot tub were dirty both days- my kids didn’t last more than 30 mins. In the restaurant bar area they allowed a dog on the far side not the entrance side that was constantly shaking and shedding hair. Very unsanitary and my allergies blew up. I voiced my complaint and nothing was done. Other issues too with the service, but not worth it.
