The entirely oceanfront unit with an extra bed than is standard is a good value for the money because of that. Unfortunately, there were many drawbacks while staying here that led us to conclude that we would not book this property again. The TV in the two-bedroom did not turn on (it was plugged in), and there was no remote to operate it. There were stains on nearly all of the furniture, especially in the primary bedroom, and we tried not to use the dining room set because of the torn upholstery on the chairs. There were several dust bunnies on the ground, the carpet was stained throughout the unit, and the primary bed seemed to be disintegrating underneath or something, as debris was falling onto the carpet. The pillows were stained both on the bedding and on the pillow itself (this looked like a body fluid). There was trash left when we arrived, including contact lenses.The furniture pictured on the rooftop did not exist--only two folding lawn chairs. The generic welcome email stated to park in assigned spots, but there was no #183 visible. There was also no binder with property/unit info; the welcome email/text included a link to "info," but there was nothing specific to this unit, including info about the storage closet. This was not mentioned at all, so we purchased beach items and only noticed the key 4 days into our visit. It did contain umbrellas, chairs, etc., for guest use.We did not reach out to mgt due to a previous disappointing experience with Breakaway reps.
