We booked a king non-smoking room. Room smelled like smoke. Got in, dirty towels were on the bathroom floor behind the door, dirt hair and grime were in the tub. The toilet barely flushed. The pool was open, but the pump and filter weren't running. Already growth was visible in the stairs. Dirt and clumps of hair were in the pool as well. Will not be back to that specific comfort in. It was not the best of experiences.

The wash clothes on the room where wet. Pillows smelt like guy. The room was like it was not cleaned from previous person. Dirt in the sink. Couldn’t find anyone to report it all to that night. Bar of soap still in the shower from previous person. It just was horrible and gross.

Was a very odd hotel. The people that run it live in the hotel. There were still dirty towels on our room upon arrival. Hotel was dirty and the outside doors were always open because they had duck tape on the latches so they never locked . That’s not safe! They had no cleaning staff. We had to bring our dirty stuff down when we left. Our toilet didn’t work and still didn’t move us. Just a very strange experience!!

I had to ring the desk bell four times and finally yell to get someone to check us in. The guy at the front desk gave us a list of does and don’ts. One of the don’ts was that we couldn’t leave key card in our room when we checked out or they would charge us. They DIDN’T clean our room either day, not even fresh towels. They threatened to fine us $20 if we brought pool towels back to our room. Idk how else we were supposed to get clean towels! The pool was too cold to us to swim in, way too cold. I pick this place by accident and I’ll never step foot in there again. It was a horrible experience!

Im assuming the owner is who checked me in. Not very nice during check in. And then he came to ask my kids and I if we had a reservation, while we were swimming, asked my last name and room # and asked if we shut the door, To the outside(door went to the outside from where the pool and spa were) we did not, it was shut when we got there. Assuming for humidity purposes, but he wasnt very nice about it. And acted like we had snuck in to swim. This was on the 2nd night we stayed. However the guy on morning was a delight. I think he cleans the rooms, checks out and does the breakfast. Was very helpful and super nice. Got anything we needed and made sure we were OK! The owner could take note on this behavior. Hit tub wasnt very warm, and I was afraid to turn it on. Made a loud noise. There were no signs not to use.
