My family and I stayed at the hotel I love the hot tub the sink water kept stopping up the floors were dirty I took rags to front desk and she mentioned why are they dirty I used rags after shower and found out floors were dirty then breakfast I asked about pancake machine and response was we not putting anything in there at all wow she was no were to be found for a while I didn’t like the service at all

Won't stay here or in a Days Inn based on this experience. Checked in at 7:30pm and had to wait for room to be cleaned. Clerk didnt ask about mobility, put us on second floor-no elevator. 110v outlets on all lamps worn out and non working. Food lid between wall and night stand. No diet soda offered in vending machine- perhaps another floor had diet, but so frustrated, didn't look. I stayed in a much older Rodeway Inn the night before, but it was well maintained and clean. This place was frustrating - inconvenient with worn out electrical outlets made me feel unsafe.

This property is in disrepair. The furnishings are old and damaged. The majority of the electrical sockets do not work including those in the lamp bases. The charging station is also inoperable. The sink faucet is nearly impossible to operate because the handle is broken. The light fixture over the sink needs either repair or replacement because it is also faulty. The rear of the property is over grown and unpaved and seems to be where people other than guests park overnight. There was no security provided during our stay and this area was of particular concern. We were extremely disappointed with this facility.
