This incredible Idaho Club custom vacation home is located within the gated Idaho Club Golf Community of Sandpoint, Idaho. Enjoy easy, year-round access to Sandpoint, the Schweitzer Resort, and Lake Pend Oreille. You'll also be conveniently close to an amazing golf course and near fantastic options for hiking and biking.

This beautifully furnished home, adorned with lots of amazing local art, features two living areas, an open, well-equipped kitchen with all stainless appliances, a dining area, and a large, furnished deck. The upper loft boasts a living area with a TV and a poker table for game nights. For sleeping options, choose from five luxurious bedrooms, including a gorgeous primary suite.

This home also includes central air-conditioning and a washer/dryer for your convenience.

This is a great vacation home for two families to share in a true North Idaho experience of comfort and access to all that Sandpoint has to offer.

Things to Know
Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
The hot tub on the deck is locked and is not available for guest use.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
