This property was very disappointing. It’s essentially a motel along the seaside. Nothing special at all about it. The motel is very dated and needs a refresh. They actually have you sign up for a breakfast snack such as a single cheese stick or a single granola bar and then give it to you in the morning in a sandwich bag. Not even self serve coffee (you can make it in your room, we were told). It is what it is but I expected some version of an inn when it is a motel. Beds are clean and fine.

Blue Sail Inn is a lovely place to stay! The room was great & the staff so very gracious & helpful. Its location was perfect: close to shopping, the waterfront & wonderful restaurants. We will definitely be staying here the next time we come to Morro Bay.
