This hotel is a total dump. Rooms are outright unsafe and full of black mold. Missing and loose floor boards are a tripping hazard. Does not look anything like the photos in the Expedia listing and booking info. Massively overpriced, old and falling apart literally.

Additional staff members, Sabina and Salvatore (including the breakfast staff), were also very kind and welcoming. The location is prime, felt very safe, and made getting around effortless. Rooms were modern and new, and breakfast was included, highlighted by excellent pastries! Parking was initially a challenge, but Pasindu went above and beyond by offering his own parking space, which truly set the service apart. Jolly Charme Suite was an excellent choice! "
