Beautiful apartment with ocean view consisting of 3 bedrooms: 2 king bed rooms and one with double beds, living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms, laundry, bacon, three swimming pools, tennis court, basketball court, gym, sauna, two free parking spaces and access control to the complex for the safety of our guests. This vacation condo is located on the east coast of Puerto Rico, in the town of Fajardo, better known as the city of the rising sun. You are only minutes away from supermarkets, several shopping centers, and important restaurants in the area. Just steps away from the property, you will have the opportunity to enjoy a boat trip to Icacos Island, Palominos Island, Culebra and Vieques. You can visit several tourist sites such as: El Yunque Rain Forest, Coquí Water Park, Las Cabezas de San Juan, La Bahía Bioluminiscente, Las Croabas and the different beaches in the area such as Seven Seas, Playa Escondida and Playa Colorá. You will have the opportunity to do several activities such as a sunset tour in Icacos Island with snorkeling, a day sailing in a catamaran to a deserted island of Fajardo, Kayak excursion in the bioluminescent bay, day trip to Culebra and much more.

This apartment/condo was perfect for our vacation. The amenities at the apartment were great. We loved the pool and the fitness area. Everything from the living space to the tennis courts was kept very clean and neat. Everyone we encountered at the apartment complex was very nice and helpful. Our host was very responsive to any message sent to her. I would 100% recommend this place and would stay here again.

Maritza’s place was beautiful to walk into. King beds and 2 stocked bathrooms for 2 couples was appreciated. She had all we required to play pickleball and other sporting equipment was available. Every interaction with Maritza was fast and friendly. We would love to come back.

Great location

Excellent location to visit Icacos, Palomino, and Culebra islands. Condo had a beautiful view we enjoyed eating breakfast and evening. Host was very responsive. Would stay here again.

The condo was fine. It was clean. The condo had multiple signs reminding us to keep the condo clean yet there were no kitchen towels, paper towels or napkins to wipe anything down. It was a business. No pleasant surprises. the condo should not list a hot tub and it not walkable to a beach. C+ would be my rating

Wonderful, Quieter PR Getaway

My family of 5 stayed in this lovely condo for a week, and absolutely loved it! It has a pretty view from the spacious balcony, and it had plenty of room for the 5 of us. It’s in a great location, gated for safety, and it’s away from the hustle and bustle of San Juan (but only about an hour drive). It’s in a quiet spot on the harbor, conveniently located to the Seven Seas beach (and also short hike to beautiful Playa Colora and Playa Escondida), El Yunque rainforest, bioluminescent bay kayaking, Luquillo beach and food kiosks, the ferries to Vieques and Culebra in Ceiba, and wonderful local food options. You definitely need to rent a car if you stay here, but everything is a short drive away. Maritza was a great host, immediately responsive to every message I sent her. She even allowed us an extra hour before checking out to accommodate our flight. We would definitely stay here again on a future trip to beautiful Puerto Rico.

The unit was beautiful, clean, very spacious. Some of the property rules were conflicting with the purpose of our stay. However we enjoyed ourselves over all. Very close to great restaurants and night life. Host was very attentive and responsive..
