I didn’t like that housekeeping came into the room before checkout time while we were asleep. We also paid extra for late checkout and we received a call from front desk prior to our late check out time letting us know checkout was at 11. It was very frustrating

The hotel was great, clean, quiet room, good breakfast, nice soaps and amenities in room. The only thing was the shower was slippery so we through a towel down and the light in the shower room would turn off if you showered with the door closed because the sensor was in the vanity area. Otherwise we highly recommend and enjoyed our stay.

Have stayed here twice and this is now my number one choice for business trip accommodation in San Jose. GREAT polite and friendly staff. SUPER clean and comfortable rooms in luxe condition. EXCELLENT free breakfast. PERFECT location a $10 uber ride from the airport and downtown san jose.

The employee at the front was amazing! I can't remember her name which is such a shame because she needs to be recognized. She was the employee at the desk at 11am on 12/11/24. Hope that helps find her. My family and I would literally return here only because of her. She has great customer service skills and you can tell she genuinely cares about her job and the company.
