When we check into our room everything was great. We left for a bit and came back and our room had ants everywhere. It was maybe 11 pm when this happen, Eza was amazing and worked quickly to get us into another room.

This was the perfect property for my family. I traveled with my senior parents, my 28- and 17-year-old daughters. The property was clean; the staff was pleasant and accommodating; my girls enjoyed the gym; my parents enjoyed the lobby area; we all enjoyed the breakfast buffet. The handicap accessible rooms were spacious enough for my mother to navigate safely. It was worth every penny!

This property is clean and close to the freeway. The customer service was amazing! There was an issue with our room the first night and the manager, Mr. Cordova, rectified the problem immediately. The lobby advertised a game room - all games were either non working or broken. Our room was infested with Ants - the 2nd day we were moved - and in the 2nd room the safe was not working so we had to carry our valuables with us. Horrible location - do not stay here

The only complaint I have is, that the room 224 had stinch to it. Almost like a stuffy smokers room. Next time book i will definitely pack lysol and an air freshner.

Hard Beds- woke up sore

Great hotel, the bed was pretty hard for my comfort my husband and kids agreed we woke up sore. Breakfast is not included and it was $24 a person for basic hotel breakfast buffet. I checked out early at 5 and they didn’t have any coffee until 6AM. Thankfully Starbucks was nearby. Most likely will not be back due to the beds.
