The staff and hotel were great, but a lot of items in my hotel room broke including the shower pull tab, the bath plug tab, and even the phone. I was and to take a shower but sad I couldn't take a bath.

Very spacious room. Didn’t know parking was $25 a night. We would request towels and they would bring them to our room super quickly. The hotel guests above our room were so noisy. Every step they would take we would hear it. Other than that, it’s a nice and recommendable hotel. I’d stay here again but stay on the top floor.

The room smelled of strong cleaning solution. The carpet is damp and looks very outdated. Even my 10 year old child said this is like a “dirty old people home.” She refused to take off her shoes. I would not recommend this Holiday inn to anyone. This will be my last time here too.

The front desk staff member was neither friendly nor accommodating. She was extremely unwelcoming, with no smile, no greeting, and no effort to assist. Additionally, the card payment machine at the front desk did not support tap payments, requiring a physical card and offering no alternative options such as cash or other accommodations.
