Housekeeping never cleaned the room once even though I had requested it with both the front desk and maids I saw cleaning other rooms on my floor. No fresh amenities including towels were given and it should come as no surprise, there were ants in the room. During checkout I told the front desk and all I was given was a refund for one night’s parking. I do not see me returning to this hotel in the future after what happened. There’s no excuse for a room not to be cleaned, especially when it was repeatedly requested. What am I paying for?

The room was very clean. The temperature was hot for 68 degrees. Had to open the window. Travelocity did not mention the $14.00 self-parking fee and the free breakfast was actually $18.00. The staff was very courteous, but kept writing 10/29 for my December stay (very strange).

For a Courtyard property, I found this property lacking. The towels in our room were dirty, and a room down the hall put out similar dirty towels. The bed was obviously not changed. The parking gate did not work for egress. The staff did promptly address our concerns, however this doesn’t resolve the underlying issues with this property at this time.

Checking in was easy. I stayed in a Doubletree in Michigan and it was amazing. No issues with the room Valet. But with San Bernardino, first room had stains on the headboard the sheets and the floor are requested to switch rooms after they offered. Second room beds were great everything was clean except the door didn’t lock, the TV was staticky , and there was no hot water in the sinks. So then I got a third room the door locked. One of the beds had sheets that wasn’t as clean to me so I switched those but everything else was good and clean. I give this place a two for the lack of cleanliness for the sheets and the door lock not working and no hot water. But, the agents were very helpful, pleasant and accommodating. So if you have any issues, they are willing and able to accommodate you as quickly as possible and work with you. I appreciate that. And I do like how parking is free and secured. The staff didn’t remind me that breakfast was served for free, if it was. So I didn’t experience the breakfast. Liked various options of food around hotel and close to freeway. Good central location to malls, restaurants and community events like Festival of Lights.
