Beautiful room and buildings! Love the stone floors and rustic accents. The dining room/restaurant is lovely. The pool area is very pretty and I love the view over the town. The staff is very welcoming and attentive. The front desk in particular was extremely professional, friendly, and helpful - big shout out to Jenny, she is an asset to the team!

Find a better hotel

Our family and friends have been staying at the the Hillside Boutique Hotel for years. We have been there through its transition to what it is today. We always enjoyed our stay until this last visit. The water was shut off without warning. The guests were not informed and when I called the front desk the clerk's attitude was unprofessional. Only stating that the city turned it off without notice and they didn't know when it was coming back on (they also did not give a courtesy call when it was back on). That's it. This was a major inconvenience and affected our ability to fully use the room. There was no offer of a credit or adjustment to the bill. I left my name with the clerk and she said she would let the manager know. Since I have not been contacted (and don't wish to be anymore), I will no longer be staying at this hotel. Management should train the employees on professionalism and how to better handle these situations.

At over $300 a night at a boutique hotel that was not full you have a certain level of expectancy. It was not met. Room was clean and cute. Had to call twice for wasp nests on balcony, day two none of our keys worked. Ordered drinks for by the pool, no one came to check on us to see if we needed anymore. My girlfriend signed up for a facial in the spa, no one showed up for her appointment. We asked for more coffee for the room front desk gal said to come pick it up. Felt like I was at motel 6
