When I first arrived to check in, there was no one at the counter. My friend and I, along with a few other guests, waited for about 25 minutes before someone came in. Otherwise, the stay was beautiful, clean, and there were stray cats around!!! Adorable and comfortable

The hotel is not clean. Front desk staff literally cutting someone's toenails at the front desk!!! You can't make this stuff up. Toilet bowls have yellow stains. Beds and pillows are very uncomfortable. Elevator floor is filthy. Trash in the hallways when we came in that night.
