Brand new spa resort style waterfront executive home with luxury amenities

Nestled in a private, secure, fully treed 3 acre waterfront property sits our brand new executive spa retreat home. Luxurious finishes throughout. Sauna, steam spa, full gym, rec room with pool table, bar and darts. 3 levels serviced by an elevator. Watch the gorgeous sunsets from one of the many decks and vantage points. Or watch it from our very private beach. Kayaks, paddle boards provided. Wood burning fireplace inside and a gas fireplace in the covered outdoor patio. Huge windows provide wonderful views form all rooms. Fully stocked gourmet kitchen made for entertaining. Close to hiking, Ganges town center, rec center, Master bedroom has a king bed and faces the water. Ensuite is huge and includes a lovely lava tub, massive shower with all kinds of jets and private access from outdoors. Gorgeous tile and hardwood throughout the home. Top floor studio suites is self-contained and has it's own private deck. Bedrooms 2 and 3 are on lower floor and have their own private access. Beautiful living room with floor to ceiling glass overlooking the water. Covered 4 season patio off the kitchen has seating, a lovely gas fireplace, BBQ, outdoor kitchen area with bar top and folding window connecting to the kitchen for easy pass through during those family gatherings. Gym is fully equipped with weight machine, Peleton bike, yoga mats, TRX, ballet bar. Rec room has 4x8 pool table, dart board, card table, bar, old school stereo with vinyl LPs and TV for watching sports while having fun. Stereo with Sonos throughout the house. Front kitchen has gas cook top and lovely island. Back kitchen has double wall ovens, full size side by side freezer and fridge all the amenities. This home is built for your vacation get away and entertaining. We have seen orcas, sea lions and other sea life from the beach and decks. Bald eagles nest nearby. A truly wonderful paradise.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Salt Spring Island property. Nestled among the trees, the home offers stunning water views and spectacular sunsets. It is exceptionally well-appointed, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, with every detail carefully taken care of.The property is perfect for a gathering of friends or family, with plenty of spaces to come together as well as private areas to relax and unwind. Jeff and Rita were fantastic hosts, responsive and welcoming, and made sure everything was in place for a seamless stay. We would highly recommend this property and would love to return.

It doesn't matter whether it is Sunny or rainy, this VRBO is Great! We had lovely weather so enjoyed the ocean access, sitting in the sun, privacy and the use of the kayaks and paddle board. The family enjoyed the pool table as well. Rita and Jeff were great communicators and quick responders to questions. The home is beautifully decorated, roomy with a serene feeling and incredible waterfront view & access. The sunsets were stunning. The cooking facilities are stupendous and we didn't even use the gas grill/stove. Large refrigerator and freezer storage. The kitchen had plenty of plates and bowls, a dishwasher and lovely round table for eating. Nespresso & tea kettle. There is a central large island for either sitting or standing. It was well used while we were there.My son in law and grandson enjoyed the fitness room. Our Bichon Frise enjoyed the walks, sitting at the beach and generally hanging around. This home was a lovely place for our 3 generation holiday!

Stunning views morning till night. Sunsets that go on forever, a quiet oasis on the ocean watching seals play, eagles flying above. Rita and Jeff the hosts were outstanding and they thought of everything. Water shoes, beach towels, sauna towels, plush bathroom towels. The bedrooms, beds and bedding are divine. The living space and kitchen are next level incredible. Sitting in that living room overlooking the ocean, a sense of peace and calm came over us all from the minute we walked in. Kayaks, paddle board are there too. In the kitchen they left us coffee pods, condiments, flour, sugar, cranberries, pumpkin seeds, pasta to name a few things. It was my 60th birthday and they even left a bottle of presecco to celebrate. Your six minutes from Ganges which has everything you need and there is hiking everywhere. Honestly, this one is going to be hard to top. Well worth every penny and would go back in a heartbeat.

We booked this lovely luxurious home to be away from the hustle and bustle of the city. And those location hit all the spots. There is private beach access to explore tidal pool sea creatures and venture onto the water with canoes and kayaks provided. Like most parts of the island, the beach is rocky and requires proper footwear (there are some available to use). The outdoor space/path can be steep in places, so good footing is a must. Outdoor shower to rinse or even create your own Scandinavian spa experience with a Sauna steps away.This was a perfect place enjoy company and good food at the table. The kitchen is fully equipped to host a family feast. With many different ways a chef can produce works of art: BBQ, pizza oven, 2 stacked ovens, gas range stove, large fridge with ice maker, 2 separate sinks, and 2 drawer style dishwashers.The floor to ceiling tinted windows looking out to nature was wonderful. A full designated recreational area with vinyl records, pool table and padded gym with full length mirrors.Rooms provided private spaces to relax and snooze. Bathrooms and washrooms were equipped with state of the art showers that needed some time to adjust to.3rd floor access by elevator to the main part of the home added charm and another layer of privacy.The hosts, Jeff and Rita were very quick to respond to our many questions and inquiries for our stay. As this home is still new, there are some small pockets of construction and installation in progress.
