"We have stayed at Chateau Saint Denis several times but this time they get a substandard rating. I called the front desk at 830 pm on a Saturday to complain about persistent yelling in the 4th floor hallway over the preceding 15 minutes. I asked that a hotel employee respond to quell the boisterous activity. That seemed like a reasonable request from this frequent patron. Unfortunately, I was promptly dismissed by the employee who stated that their attention to my complaint was not necessary until, and unless, the noise level was bothersome "after 11pm". Wow. Poor response. Sorry to bother you with such an "unreasonable" request."

"The property was top notch. The pictures don’t do it justice. We had 8 adults who slept in the property and 2 that stayed in an RV with their teenagers in the circle drive. There was plenty of room for our other 4 cars in the driveway, and my sister and her family could have stayed in the house with us but they were traveling through and decided to just stay in their RV. There was so much to do for everyone! We enjoyed the outside games by the grill and Blackstone while watching football games and grilling. We especially enjoyed the double deck boathouse! It was too cool for the water sports so we have to come back. There was a large living are where we all exchanged Christmas gifts with plenty of space!Bathrooms and bedrooms were clean and comfy. From the moment we stepped into the house, we felt at home. Kitchen was well stocked and we were glad to have the second fridge in the laundry/mud room. Each of the grown kids as thy arrived said they felt like they were in a hallmark movie. It was extremely nice and well kept. Perfect home to meet up for the holidays…and any other family time. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us and being so responsive to all our questions. This was the PERFECT extended weekend. "
