We arrived an hour early and she wanted to charge us 50 euros to check in early. The second reception person was lovely literally 30 minutes later. Checked us in no problem. Coffee machine in the lobby was not working. Apparently you could get coffee on another level but we didn’t try as we did not buy breakfast. Overall great hotel centre of the city great location."
