It was a very nice hotel. Everybody spoke English and was very helpful with directions and recommendations. The location was 2 blocks from the train and subway. The location was walkable to every major attraction. I would stay their again an most likely try another of their hotel in different cities.

The hotel was beautiful and staff were very helpful and accommodating. Lots of dining selection, especially directly across the street (Ramon, waiter at restaurant across from the hotel, noticed us as we entered the hotel on our first day and guided us to have lunch/dinner. Best decision!) Starshotel did not disappoint on our honeymoon trip

The air conditioning and mini fridge did not work. When I reported it to the concierge they sent someone to come fix it promptly however after returning from a long day of tours the ac and fridge were once again not working. It was really late and I didn’t want to wait for someone to be sent back out to the room. I reported it to the front desk and let them know upon checkout. They said they would reach out to me about my complaint but I never heard from them. The hotel was overall in a great location and looked decent upon arrival, the rooms were spacious but the ac not working ruined my stay.

Beautiful hotel!!! Rooms were amazing, cozy and warm! We were celebrating our honeymoon and the Starhotel did not disappoint. The area was safe and offered various opportunities for sightseeing, dining and shopping. The staff were helpful and friendly. Will definitely come again!

The location was great, close to metro and major bus lines. Didn't feel unsafe walking around for dinner or early in the morning to catch a train. The room was spacious, clean, and modern. Also enjoyed the free breakfast and staff were super helpful and accommodating. Would stay here again if need be.
