This is a beautiful property which I would have rated five stars if there had been a lift in operation. The four flights were difficult to navigate. Thank goodness for staff member Maria, who carried the big luggage up and down for us. I am 78 and would not have stayed here had I been aware that the elevator was not operational. However, the facility is absolutely charming, Stephania was friendly, helpful, and delightful to deal with. If you're young and in good shape, stay here . . . it's a lovely facility.

The room is small like all in Italy, but is imazingly organize and the decor is really nice to the smallest detail, the hosts valeria and Stephania are imazing thay gave us tips to dine, tours, etc.

The room I reserved was adequate for two people, but it wasn't appropriate for four. The bathroom size raised significant concerns. I recommend avoiding the lift in the building; it stops suddenly, and there is no assistance available. Instead, please use the stairs.

This is the perfect place to stay while visiting Rome. Walking distance to the Vatican and so many places to eat around there. Stefanía and Valeria are the perfect hosts. They gave us recommendations on where to eat and were always very helpful with whatever questions we had. We are planning to go back to Rome and will definitely be staying there again. Our room and general area was very clean, comfortable and inviting. I loved the exposed brick ceiling. The property is very walkable to many areas and easy to grab a taxi. Hostesses were very helpful and accommodating when arranging transportation or dining options.
