Horribelt incheckningssystem
Väldigt mycket problem att få åtkomst till självincheckningen. Vi behövde kontakta hotels.com’s kundtjänst och hyresvärden vid två tillfällen; först för att få länken till självincheckningen och sedan för att få våra uppgifter godkända av hyresvärden. Våra uppgifter var fortfarande inte godkända och hyresvärden var inte nåbar på telefon cirka 3 timmar innan incheckning. Allt var alltså inte klart från hyresvärdens håll på incheckningsdagen. Vi behövde även kontakta hyresvärden ytterligare en gång väl framme vid hotellet då dörrautomatiken inte fungerade. Rummet var fint och fräscht men all oro kopplad till incheckningen var inte värt det! Wifi fungerade inte heller och room-service knackade på och stressade oss 30 minuter innan utcheckning och kunde inte engelska.
