The room was adequate for an overnight. It was clean and quiet. The only confusion we encountered on arrival was that we went to the address provided by Expedia only to find out we were actually staying at another address on the back side of the building. The host said this frequently happens with Expedia patrons, which also felt a little worrisome. The building we stayed in is not a hotel but more like a converted condo. There is no “front desk” or on site restaurant. Not at all what we thought it would be or what Expedia claims it to be, but it still met the parameters. We stayed there because we needed a no-frills accommodation close to the airport. While there were some surprises, all our needs were met. The host also kindly arranged for a cab to FCO which was much appreciated

Check in time was strict before 8pm so we rearranged our travel plans which cost us change fees only to find out that no one was there to greet us and it’s all online. When we arrived the address is not the address so we had to walk from where the taxi dropped us off for about 5 minutes. AC in room did not work, it was blowing warm air only. There was a big clump of black long hair on the shower wall. Area around was decent with lots of dining options. It would be useful for the hotel to provide transportation instructions from the airport because we paid $70 CAD to get there for a 5 min ride but then saw there is an airport shuttle stop literally right outside the hotel that only cost €7/ person.

The place was very clean and the customer service was great! Just a 15min walk to the beach. Definitely recommend this place. A lot of restaurants right next to the hotel. One thing, be aware that the 1st level is really the 2nd floor and there is no elevator so you’ll need to carry your bags upstairs, but it was a great place.

Not what was advertised. Upon checking in, there was a change in location (not far) but slightly different rooms then advertised. A/C hardly worked and the TV apps (Netflix, Disney, etc) did not work even after doing the updates to the TV that it requested. Breakfast was a 6EUR voucher for 2 people. Not impressed with our overall stay. Otherwise, great location to restaurants.

We only stayed one night and we had to hike all of our luggage up very steep large set of stairs. Then we had the person right outside our door talking on the phone with somebody at 3:30 in the morning. It was really loud and it was hard to sleep.

Terrible stay

As I was arriving late it took several messages and phone call to organise check in. No problem finding or getting to my room The air conditioning unit was not working properly and the room was very hot. Terrible sleep. Shower was ok and hot water was not a problem. Morning breakfast, you get a voucher but couldn’t fine where it’s served Certainly nothing to guide you and no reception in sight at 8:45 Overall not great experience and I wouldn’t recommend it

This was a nice room - large and spacious and was a perfect distance from the airport for a quick stopover. Lots of restaurants nearby. The thing that let it down was the shower. Barely any pressure at all so a dribble of water came out and poor temperature control - either very hot or cold.

Great location for a connecting flight

I booked this hotel last minute for a one night stay before heading back to the state. I have a feeling we were upgraded to a suite that was not located at the hotel but i completely fine with this change as the room fit all three of us comfortable and was located around a lot of restaurants to choose from. The check was very smooth as LONG as you arrive within their check in window of 4PM to 8PM. Overall it was a good experience and worked out for us.
