The staff here are great and quick to respond to any emails and requests. The bar staff were friendly, plus there are free aperitivo in the bar area later in the day. We booked breakfast with our rate and it was good as well. We were only here for two nights but found some issue with the washroom, tiny vanity, awkward shower, blow dryer broken, but maybe bigger rooms would not have the same bathroom set up. Took off a star for that as well as the sauna not being available still when we stayed at the end of August and website at time of booking said it would be ready mid 2025. Beds were comfortable and air con worked well.

For paying $200 a night I was extremely uncomfortable during our stay. The AC did not cool the room and the staff did not care. The shower was broken and had to be held to be used and the drain kept popping out of the floor. The power went out when I was in the shower and the water scorched me. When we went down to ask about the power the man at the desk was extremely rude and unhelpful. Was excited to stay here due to the photos but left disappointed

Had a fantastic stay here! My partner and I arrived early due to flight times, we asked if we could leave our luggage and pop back later to check in, instead we got a free upgrade to a bigger room! Every member of staff from every department that we interacted with during our stay was incredibly lovely and friendly and very attentive. From giving us a free room upgrade, to helping us organise transport back to the airport for our early morning flight, they were all happy to help! The room was lovely, good size, clean, and the bed was so comfortable. The location was excellent, within walking distance of all the main tourist attractions, and a lot of good bars and restaurants near by. Cannot recommend this place enough, and when we return to Rome in the future, we will definitely be staying here!

Very good location, easy to get to many tourist attractions by foot. Very kind and welcoming staff. Also very convenient because they can hold your luggage for you if you arrive earlier than check in or leave to go somewhere after checkout in the morning. Very clean and well taken care of, would definitely recommend.
