Pictures the properties look fine. Once you are there you start to notice staines on walls. Hair in the washroom. Stains on bedding.

For the money suite was ok. Bathroom had lots of black mold in grout. Biday attachment for toilet leaked at seal and sprayed all over me and the washroom. I can only imagine how unsanitary that scenario is. I felt safe walking in morning and afternoon but took an uber home at night and each driver warned me not to leave by myself at night. Bed was very comfortable. They were accommodating for check in time and clerk was nice. Never saw him again. Assumed check out meant leaving keys on his desk. Place was secure with multiple doors locking. It’s really just five rooms not a full hotel which is quite normal for Italy. Be prepared to walk up some stairs to access suite.

Worst hotel don’t come here

This was by far the worst hotel I have ever been at. The owners were aggressive and rude, they didn’t change any of the towels or bed sheets for our entire stay (4 days). They didn’t provide us with any shampoo or body wash. They charged us double the city tax fees that we were told we were going to pay on arrival without an offical receipt.

Worst hotel yet

Me and two others stayed in one room for over a week Overall: HORRIBLE 1) they never changed our sheets or pillow cases 2) had to ask for a change of towels and toilet paper even though the cleaner was in our room every day just to remake the bed using dirty sheets 3) when asking for more toilet paper they would only give us one roll for three people for the rest of our stay( which was 4 more days) 4) the owner was beyond rude to us upon arrival 5) old cigarettes could be found in the corners of the room and near the mini fridge 6) mold/mildew in the shower and mini fridge 7) men with keys tried to enter our room at 22:30 (10:30pm) without our permission When I asked the owner about it he refused to respond SCARY 8) beyond sketchy area -100/10

It is not signed and it is jot a hotel as it appears on this site. To start with, the reception was not in tbe building had to wait about 15mins for him to come and let us in, asked for a double bed and they told me the next day it will be sorted but during our stay of 5 days it was never done and since there was no reception, i couldn't bother to call and ask for this over the phone. On the other hand the cleaning lady was very helpful during our stay.

it’s about 8 minutes walk from termi station in Roma , so it’s very easy to walk about in Roma ,if you are looking for the budget hotel so this is the ideal one .

Guest House Castle is no castle!

The description of the facility amenities on the booking website was grossly exaggerated and misleading. Our 3-night stay turned out to be an unpleasant surprise. We were given a different room for each of the 3 nights we booked and paid for online 2 months prior to our arrival. For the first night, we were put in a sub-standard room on an upper floor that was desperately in need of repair, in fact in a hazardous condition with unsightly exposed wires connected to the inoperable window air conditioning unit and an unhinged towel rack dangling from the bathroom wall. On the second day upon returning from our outing, we found that the room we stayed the night before had new occupant and our belongings have been moved to a nearby storage room. We were then given a room on the lower floor that just became available. This room had a double bed without a headboard or a refrigerator. The bed was next to a window within earshot of the neighoring units across a rundown courtyard so small that conversation, noise of cooking and dishwashing activities can be heard loud and clear throughout the evening. For the 3rd night stay, upon returning from our outing, we were surprised once again to find that our belongings have been moved to another room on the same floor. This time it was a decently furnished room overlooking the street half a floor below, with a window heavily guarded by security-bar and interior shutters. Too bad this room was not available for our entire stay.

The hotel is easy to reach. The front desk manned by Rashel is very helpful with directions, advice and things to do. He communicate well with English. There's no 24 hour person in the front desk but Rashel waited for us close to midnight when we check in.

Non è una struttura ricettiva. E' solo un ambiente dove potersi accontentare.Mobili vecchissimi e molto rovinati,tenda della doccia piena di muffa, così come sui bordi del piatto doccia. Colazione inesistente.C'erano delle bustine di the all'ingresso della struttura ma con l'igiene che ti lascio immaginare. Sarebbe da chiudere, non si possono avere delle strutture ricettive così. Magari per chi la gestisce hanno il loro modo di vivere, ma sicuramente per noi italiani non credo che dobbiamo farci una doccia con la tenda della doccia appesa ad un filo e piena di macchie nere di muffa, così come i bordi della vasca. Per non parlare del doccino presente vicino al water perchè non c'era il bidet, era rovinato e l'acqua usciva dal tubo, sicuramente le guarnizioni rovinate. Vi è un angolo cottura, ma onestamente senza pentole e stoviglie a cosa serve, se già la colazione non era possibile farla per mancanza di prodotti. Peggio di questa struttura non ne ho mai viste.

Cleaning was very bad. The fridage was filled with Mold and other earthly things smelling TERRIBLE, it left the spent in the entire room. On day 2 we figurer out what it was, and put the fridage in the hallway. I was so close to vomiting when putting my head in the fridge. Even better - there was a 3cm gap gram the frontdoor to the Wall, meaning you could stand on the hallway of the hotel and look straight into the room, to be præcise the bed arena of the room, so there goes privacy. Never seen anything like it, and I’ve been around…. Look inside the room?! Come on man….. there gotta be limits. Furtheremore the streget of the hotel is filled with drug addicts, pushers, general criminals. Smells bad of urine everywhere, unsafe arean indeed; close to the station though👌. Do yourself a favor don’t book this hotel.
