The location was away from crowded tourist areas, but still close to good restaurants and convenient markets and cafes. The bed was comfortable and the room decorated well, with convenient locations to put away clothes, a mini fridge and a communal kitchen area with electric kettle, tea, coffee, ect. There is a (small) elevator in the building. The access to the building and room is done through your phone, which worked perfectly the whole time, but just be sure to keep your phone charged. The staff were also friendly and responsive. On the downside, cab rides and Ubers added up because it wasn't super close to any tourist attractions other than the Borghese park / museum. There was some mold on the ceiling of the bathroom, and we were unable to adjust the temperature of the room while we were there, even after a tech came to look at the thermostat. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Youroom Abruzzi.

Room was clean. There was some issues with the shower. It was like a swimming pool due to not proper drainage. I would recommend to have extra pillows as the ones on bed were very soft and flat .

Our stay at youroom was great! Once we got the code for the gate+ apartment building and our room it’s easy to get into. There is a Nespresso machine there which was great! A mini fridge in our room to buy food which we did! The place also had a small kitchen( no pots and pans) just plates + bowls etc. room was clean and had shutters to make the room dark. If we were in Rome for longer would’ve stayed there!

Great place to stay, able to walk to many attractions and the meeting place for tours. Keyless entry worked well using What’s App but a little nervous if phone died i don’t know how i would’ve gotten in. I had a portable charger as phone died (using google maps all day to get around). Staff responded very quickly to any questions i had (on whatsapp) as there is no reception/staff in-person but was not a problem.

Perfect hotel for myself & partner. We arrived 2 hours early and simply asked if could get our room earlier which was no issue at all. Amazing food options with minutes walk. Stunning park again within walking distance. Room was clean & modern. No hassle check in and very impressive system for entry to building & rooms. I really enjoyed my stay! The location was within walking distance to a lot of attractions and I felt same as a lone female traveller. Accommodation itself was very clean and comfortable. There’s so reception but if you ever need anything, you can get in touch with the team via WhatsApp and they reply pretty swiftly. If I’m ever in Rome again, this would definitely be my first pick!
