While the gentleman working the desk was very nice himself, the rest of our experience with this facility was absolutely awful and unclean. We opened the door to our room and the air was heavy with the smell of smoke and something else. There was still dirt all over the floor, the TV stand was covered in a dried sticky substance. There was a giant reddish brown stain on our lamp cover. The doors were literally torn to shreds and missing big chunks. Poles in the closet were bent. Dirty gaps between tiles in floor. Fitted sheet wasn’t even pulled down to the mattress and there were food crumbs on top of the pillows. It was as if they simply remade the beds (poorly) between overnight guests without actually cleaning the room or changing bedding - yuck. Shower was disgusting, large grey stain in the middle, rusty shower head and rusty/scungey drain. Towels and wash clothes were tattered or thread bare. The entire experience had us crawling out of our skin, but it was too late at night to try to find a different hotel. We slept in street clothes on top of the covers and skipped showering because of the ick. The discounted rate is absolutely not worth feeling unsafe and unclean in that room. We have some pictures, but it got overwhelming that it felt like we were documenting every unclean or unfit inch in that room so we gave up on more pictures after a bit.
