Parking lot has very narrow spaces, and the walls and floors in the rooms are thin. You will hear people walking above you. Overall though it is super close to walk to Front beach or Bearskin Neck. Location is very good.

Very cute motel close to all of the shops and restaurants. Very kind host and easy check in process. Our room was really small, but we were only there for a night so no big deal. Odd smell from the bathroom, but again, we shut the door and we’re only there one night so it was not too bad. Very clean property and perfect for a one night stay passing through Rockport.

happy clean place

This was a quick stay in Rockport on a Sunday night in September. What I love about this place is the location while it’s not on the water it’s just a quick little walk from the beach, stores, and restruants. The office is not open 24 hours so you have to make sure you ask you’re question when you check in. I tried to check in early and no one was there. The rooms are clean very updated so no worries there. There is a sweet little patio area that has the coffee in the morning so that food. We ended up making it with timer because we needed it early. In all we would stay again no problem.

Place was very nice & conveniently located but the room was TINY for the price. Even with just the two f us it was tight. This room should be reserved for a single traveler and ALOT less expensive it was literally 10x10

We were able to walk to everything we needed. There were a few affordable places to eat if you preferred to not pay $30 for a meal or $5 for coffee. Th beach was perfect! The view of the harbor amazing. We especially liked having our own outside seating so we could have happy hour and a take out meal if we preferred. The room was very clean and comfortable, the staff courteous. We loved Rockport and will be sure to return to the Eagle House.

It was lovely for the price. We utilized the optional cot, it was inneed of being replaced, that being said everything else was absolutely perfect, they even accomodated a spontaneous early checkin.
