Room was very small and extremely noisey from air handling units in service area in atea outside window. Door was ill ditting and bright light from halfway illuminated the bedroom all night.

So convenient to the Mayo Clinic to which it is connected. Biggest minus is the parking which is owned by the city and makes going in and out difficult and expensive(at times the parking was added to the room which made it much more convenient than having to give your Visa card every time going in and again going out)

I would never stay at this hotel again! Our room was a previous hospital room. The bathroom was disgusting . When you take a shower the water was either scalding or freezing. No in between. Staff completely blew off our complaint issues. We should have been warned this was a previous hospital room ad the size was absolutely tiny. The room could barely house a queen size bed. Would not recommend.
