Room was great. Restaurant excellent. Our room was on 3rd floor.... on 2nd floor there was a lot of banging noises. I don't believe from other patrons, but from hotel staff?? Also a fair amount of noise from parking garage. I'll know to ask for higher floor next time. Not bad enough to prevent another trip. Would plan to stay there again.

My husband was diagnosed with Cancer and was sick so we couldn’t go. They have their policy no cancelation. He made this reservation and within a few days he went to ER and diagnosed with Stage 4 Pancreatic Cancer. We will never book with Hotels.com again!
