Best place to stay in Rio!

I was inspired to stay here because I have previously stayed in the building (Bossa 107 is fantastic - keep reading for me to explain). The apartment is impeccable and very cool and calm!! Every square meter has been designed with care. Everything was clean. The location could not be better; you can walk to the beach in about 5 minutes. The apartment is also close to a beach where you can surf (Praia do Arpoador). The building is very modern (which you don't see much in Rio), and there is a rooftop pool with a view (also rare to find). In addition, the building has a small co-working space in the lobby, which I used a lot. The staff at the lobby was accommodating. All in all, a five-star experience. I will be back. Thank you, OBO Casa & Joshua!

Always my go-to!!!

Back at OBO Casa for the second time, and man, it's still rocking! The vibes are just as cool and cozy as they were the first time I stayed. Seriously, this place has this modern, welcoming feel that I can't get enough of. Comfort is on point. You've got everything you need right there. Josh an amazing host. Super friendly guy and just makes everything feel easy. The place is always clean and well kept. Huge shoutout to Josh and his team for keeping this place awesome. I'm telling you, it's my go to every time I hit up Rio now. Can't wait for the next stay!

Fantastic Stay

I had a fantastic stay at OBO Casa! The unit is beautiful and calming, full of high-quality furniture, appliances, and kitchen tools that make it feel like an intentional home rather than a hotel or vacation rental. There were many thoughtful details that made my time here very comfortable (e.g., stocked pantry with 50 different spices, contact lens solution in the bathroom, global wall outlets around the unit!) The location is perfect. It’s tucked away on a quiet street, yet still in the middle of Ipanema, and so close to the beach. This is truly the holy trinity, coming from a traveling nomad. Josh and his team were super responsive and helpful, not to mention fantastic guides to Rio.

Amazing experience in Ipanema

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great and helpful host. Everything about the OBO casa was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, well equipped and very comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Perfect Stay in Ipanema!!

I had an amazing stay at OBO Casa! I needed to book last minute due to changes of plan. I'm glad I ended up staying at Josh's place. It was absolutely beautiful and felt like I was in a very artsy five-star boutique hotel. Location was perfect and super close to the beach and everything I needed during my stay. Josh was also super helpful and very easy to communicate with. I really appreciated the added personal experience and meeting me in person during the check-in process. Josh also gave me some personalized tips based on my interests. I genuinely felt that he wanted me to have an enjoyable experience during my stay. Thanks again for having me! I wish I could’ve stayed longer!
