Room had mold all over the place and roaches. Furniture was cleaned, and wood was rotting, and this was an upgraded room to luxury. The pictures were definitely edited to look real nice, but upon arrival no comparison.

This hotel was extremely disappointing, and the property was nothing like it was described or presented online. From the moment I entered the room, it was clear that cleanliness and maintenance were serious issues. The room was filthy, and I saw roaches during my stay. There was also visible mold, which made the room feel unsanitary and uncomfortable. The air conditioning did not work properly, making the room extremely uncomfortable, especially in the heat. The condition of the bedding was even more disturbing. The sheets that were provided had what appeared to be blood stains on them, and I had to contact the staff and ask for replacement sheets. Basic necessities were also missing, including towels, which I had to request instead of having them available in the room when I arrived. Overall, the condition of this hotel was unacceptable. Between the roaches, mold, lack of working air conditioning, stained bedding, missing towels, and general lack of cleanliness, I did not feel comfortable staying here. The property did not live up to the description or expectations I had when making my reservation. A hotel room should at minimum be clean, sanitary, and properly maintained, and unfortunately, that was not my experience here. I would not recommend this hotel and would not stay here again.

Estacionamento é pago à parte, isso me desagradou mas me hospedaria novamente lá facilmente.
