Large 3 bedroom apartment to accommodate 6 to 8 people in Copacabana. Clear, airy and very quiet.
Privileged location on Bolivar Street, block of Copacabana beach, allowing quick and easy access to various parts of the city, besides having the most trendy and traditional bars, restaurants, bakeries, markets and even cinema on the street.
The apartment has been completely renovated by architect and has 3 bedrooms with comfortable accommodation (one double bed in a master bedroom with dressing room, two single beds in a second bedroom and a double bed in the third bedroom), including air conditioning in the bedrooms and in the living room, broadband internet access, cable TV, bed and bath linen, washer and dryer, clothesline, full kitchen, built-in closets in the bedrooms. Concierge 24 hours. 42-inch television in living room and 32-inch television in one of the bedrooms.
Note: smoking is not allowed in this apartment and we do not accept pets. Families and children are very welcome! We have toys for small children in the apartment. If need be, we can borrow stroller.

Bel appartement situé idéalement à Copacabana. Deux remarques, une chambre est mal ventilée en lien avec la disposition de la fenêtre. Il y a une douche non fonctionnelle.

Eu e minha família tivemos o prazer de nos hospedarmos no apartamento da Vânia e do Daniel. Não tivemos nenhum problema, o apartamento é muito bem localizado, perto de supermercado, restaurantes e da praia, bem como, dispunha de todos os utensílios necessários para uma boa estadia. Nossos anfitriões foram muito gentis, sempre preocupados e nos garantir uma boa hospedagem... O apartamento foi entregue muito limpo e Vânia ainda nos fez a gentileza de deixar varios brinquedos para as crianças que estariam conosco. Só tenho a agradecer, não vejo a hora de retornar ao Rio e ao apartamento de Vânia e Daniel.

O apartamento é otimo, não tive nenhum problema, perto de tudo, bem localizado. Os proprietários são muitos gentis e atenciosos. Apenas ressalto quanto aos banheiros, que na realidade um deles, o menor é um lavabo pra mim, não tem como utlizar para tomar banho, não tem chuveiro, apenas ducha igual a ducha higiênica apenas maior, e não tem como tomar banho. Então com muita gente um banheiro só, fica complicado. Tirando isso, o apto é ótimo, limpo, espaçoso, e com certeza indico para outras pessoas. Estive com minha familia, 08 pessoas, incluindo 02 idosos e 02 crianças

A princípio quero agradecer a Vânia pela recepção. Toda a negociação ocorreu de forma clara e tranquila. O apartamento fica em uma ótima localização, próximo de supermercados, bancos, do metrô, praia. Perfeito para quem gosta de fazer caminhadas. O apartamento está em ótimo estado, bem arejado, iluminado. Fomos em um grupo de 7 pessoas (dois idosos), adoramos o apartamento. A única coisa que deixou a desejar foi apenas o fato de um dos dois banheiros ser muito pequeno e difícil tomar banho nele. Contudo, o outro era bastante espaçoso. A Vânia deu várias dicas de passeios, todas as informações possíveis ela nos passou. Super atenciosa. Em razão disso com toda certeza indicarei para outras pessoas
