Although it was a short stay, from the time we checked in, which the customer service was excellent, very polite and respectful. Our stay was very nice, both rooms was in excellent condition. The air conditioning was great. We did not have breakfast. We look forward to a future stay if we are in the area. Thanks, Maryland

The staff was amazing.. We always stay at Holiday Inn Express because it is clean..I will have to say this was the worst one we have stayed at .. The room did not feel clean and smelled like dirty socks.

Room was very clean and quiet. Staff very friendly and helpful. We had to check out early, so missed checking out their breakfast. We would stay again if in the area. Opportunities for improvement: Hubby had to tighten toilet seat, as it was so loose, it swung to the side a bit when the lid was lifted. For some odd reason, the red light on the phone was flashing when we checked in. Template missing on phone as to how to navigate options on the phone. Dialed ‘0’ and got friendly staff who cleared it. But then it started flashing again around 2:30 in the morning. Also needed to call desk again because TV was stuck on HDMI 1, and input button didn’t yield any results (couldn’t get it to satellite TV). For some reason remote was designed where the input button had to be pressed AND held for a bit before it would show options. Have yet to find a TV and remote setup where closed captions can be turned on.

Children devastated the pool was closed

We had 2 children that were so excited to swim. we stopped and looked at the pool and told the children that after we go see family then we will be able to come back and go swimming and they were so excited. We came back and the pool was closed for the season. Saddest day ever

Need separate switch for exhaust fan.

Overall it was a great experience. We were in town for a funeral and needed to stay overnight. The only thing that annoyed me was the loud exhaust fan in the bathroom that stayed on constantly when you turn on the light switch. Other than that it was a great experience.

The property had a mildew smell. The carpet was dirty my room bathroom was also not clean. The ceiling in the bathroom was cracking the property need a makeover.

Place wasn’t clean. Smelled of weed in the hallways 24/7. Staff was nice. Cleaners took our used towels and didn’t replace them. Walmart down the street was convenient. Plenty of things to eat around. Too pricey for what is offered.
