The staff during night shift was excellent (forgot to ask his name) very helpful, approachable and great customer service skills. He deserves a shout out. Breakfast and dinner was ok same choices good thing we only stayed 5days but great value and when your tired from tours no brainer you can have a hot meal in a jiffy

Nice hotel and great location - bus stop 9 was literally outside the building. It's a stop on many of the tours and so super convenient. Staff also very helpful and friendly.

Many choices for breakfast but same on all days so gets quite repetitive. Everyone is so pleasant and helpful. The common areas and the rooms are very clean and well appointed. There's a Nespresso machine, water heater and ref available

The staff were so friendly it was a special birthday for me & we arrived to a plate of sweet treats & a card , lovely touch . Hotel was very central lots of shops , bars , coffee shops & restaurants on the same road 👍 Room was very clean & had everthing you would need , toiletries , hair dryer , kettle , coffee machine , iron , tv couldn’t say a bad word about anything .

Very convenient location for tours with the bus stop 9 right by hotel. Hotel itself and rooms are very small (we paid extra for a bigger room rather than the cozy option and it was the size of a small room) I would recommend floors 3 and above if you want more space and views. Good breakfast and friendly staff.

Perfect location, room was very small but perfectly clean, tidy and modern. Breakfast was very good but above all the front desk staff were excellent. So helpful and could not do enough. Highly recommend this hotel.

Clean and modern room but compact. Great front desk and service staff. Convenience of Bus stop 9 right in front (This is where most tours pick up from). Nice shopping street right outside. The location was excellent! Close to bus stops and places I wanted to see. Easy walking to many places from hotel. Room was very clean and neat. Breakfast service was good and food was good. Would have liked that the breakfast offerings varied a little bit more. Front desk staff was very helpful and patient in answering my questions. Travelled solo and would definitely recommend to anyone doing the same.

The hotel itself was lovely & couldn't fault with regards to proximity of areas we wished to visit... Unfortunately we stopped in a room close to a busy road & where tours were picked up / dropped off daily 8am, 20.00, 23.00 hrs, so there was quite a lot of noise from people & vehicles...!!! Staff were pleasant, helpful..... Breakfast was a choice of hot & cold foods, so more than enough to choose from. Nice hotel, just didn't appreciate the lack of sleep, especially when on holiday...
