We stayed in the apartments associated with the Ódinsvé hotel and it was in an amazing location right on the Rainbow Road with a great view of the cathedral. Very comfy and spacious.

Apartment was right in the middle of the action. This was great for walking around, getting coffee in the morning, and walking around town, dinner etc. However, it was loud at night. Not really a problem - just close your windows. The accomodations were as advertised - 2 rooms. It was clean and had all amenities you would need. Overall it was a great experience and I would highly recommend.

We stayed in one of their apartments. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The property has a wonderful restaurant and is close to others offering a range of choices. The property is conveniently located two blocks from a bus stop used ans a pickup/dropoff point for the various experiences (e.g., Blue Lagoon, South Coast, Golden Circle, etc.)

Great hotel, but the slamming door woke me up all.

The hotel staff was excellent! They were friendly, allowed us to store luggage, and answered annoying tourist questions. The one thing I did not like is that the main door to the apartment building slammed. It was LOUD and woke me up. I asked that they fixed it, and they promptly placed a sign on the door asking people to gently close the door, but didn’t fix it during our two day stay. I’m a light sleeper, and was trying to recover from jet lag, so the slamming door was particularly obnoxious. The hotel was clean and met all of our needs. I just wish that dang door didn’t slam every tine it was closed and wake me up.

We had a one night stay. The space was decent, but I did not there was someone knocking at the door trying to rush us out...an hour before the checkout That left a bad impression, especially since I asked if we could check in 30 minutes early so we didn’t have to sit around with all our luggage and they said no.

location is good but in actual market . So its very noisy. The furnitures are dated. No elevator. So all luggages needed to lift using stairs. bo parking. difficult to find a parking. Depends up on luck.

Stayed in an apartment which was very good except was quite warm, even with windows open. There was a portable fan but it did not work. Upon arrival to front desk was given quite confusing directions to the apartments, located just a few blocks away. Other than those items, the property & location were excellent & another front desk person was quite helpful with some bus arrangements.

We stayed in one of the apartments over the weekend. It was very comfortable for our family of four. The location was perfect, and the staff was extremely helpful. We loved the breakfast at the restaurant. I would highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Reykjavik! We hope to come back someday.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful during my stay. I loved the apartment feel with the support of a hotel staff. The location was walkable to many restaurants and shops. The apartment became our home away from home.
