Extremely friendly staff (even by German standards), nothing was a problem. Very convenient location for the HBF (main station) - it is directly opposite, however this also means that it is rather noisy at night and attracts all kinds of lowlife.

Einfach unglaublich! Das Personal ist nachts dreimal in mein Zimmer gekommen – ein absoluter Bruch der Privatsph äre. Ich glaube nicht, dass es ein schlechteres Hotel gibt. Zudem waren die Handtücher alles andere als sauber. Absolut nicht zu empfehlen!
