Had to unfortunately cancel our accommodation due to a family matter, meaning we couldn't travel. Explained this to the hotel, but there was no consideration of this. In fact, they didn't even reply. Very disappointed at lack of communication/care.

Hotel as expected in this price range. Bad experience with automated check. It wasn't working, fortunately I could call help line and got assistance this time. Not so easy though if you don't speak German.

I was charged higher than the booking price at the property (chose payment at property) The room had this stuffy smell and the shower wasn't so clean.
