Living room and game room provides indoor fun, outdoor activities include cornhole and horseshoes. 2.5 acre lot, rolling terrain, treed and open areas with gentle rock outcroppings, kids love it. Easily accessible to roads and Red Feather Lakes Village, where there are three grocery stores, two liquor stores, four nearby restaurants, library, Ace Hardware, post office and fabulous 18 hole golf course.
