The staff are excellent however the hotel is older, beds are not the most comfortable and my dog had a hard time calming due to the noise until after 11pm. The dog area is grass but nobody picks up after their dog so it was gross and hard to find a clean spot.

very clean excellent hotel especially for the price. Hot breakfast was served and was delicious. only con is that walls are very thin and every time someone walks in the hallway upstairs the place creaks and groan like crazy.

There was water on the floor of the bathroom and the carpet had broken glass that had to cleaned up. I want a full refund. It was so bad, we had to go to another Hotel.

My room i reserved was gone and i got down graded and they said they wont refund me anything because i reserved the room threw hotels.com. and i got three different reasons why my room had been given to someone else. Cleanliness and care horrible

Horrible, the first room they got us, there was still water left in the hot tub from the last persons stay. The heat was turned off, so it we walked into the room at 45 degrees. The desk lady tried to tell us there was no other room available then after hearing we’ll go somewhere else, she magically found another hot tub room. Which at least the tub was clean, but again the heat was off, so we ended up going hanging out somewhere else while we waited for our room to warm up. Once we finally got in, we noticed the drywall above the hot tub was split, and hanging down. Comfortable bed at least but horrible hotel!!
