This nice location is only minutes away from dining and shopping in downtown Rapid City and also close to Mount Rushmore, National Parks and Forest hiking trails. An outdoor pool, tennis court, basketball court, volley ball court, and playground is available for you to enjoy! The pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. The private guest suite includes parking and entrance. The two fully furnished bedrooms have new queen beds and are spacious and comfortable. The newly remodeled bathroom and tiled shower will leave you clean and refreshed. The living room has a lounging area with plush couches along with a pull out bed. A 65'' 4K SmartTV is yours to enjoy with Dish DVR and a Blu-ray player. The game room has a pool table and darts for enjoyment. The outdoor patio is yours to enjoy the view along with seating and a gas grill. The kitchen also includes a full size fridge/freezer, convection oven, induction cooktop, microwave, kuerig coffee, toaster and kitchen utensils. A complimentary variety of coffee and breakfast snacks are provided. Complimentary laundry machines are also included for you to use. Lyft and Uber services are available for transportation if needed.
The total area is approximately 1,500 sq ft. This Property operates as a vacation rental and is licensed with the State of South Dakota. Beautiful view! Property was well maintained, spacious and clean, in a nice neighborhood. It was exactly as advertised. Check in and out was very easy. We really enjoyed watching the deer in the neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again.

This was our favorite place to stay out of the 3 VRBO properties in 12 days! Beautiful, very clean, spacious, well decorated (give a lot of credit to the decorator), absolutely fully equiped with what you need, including very comfortable beds, and my pups were welcome! My kids said they wished we would have been there longer, but we had a wedding in Whitehall, MT. Otherwise, most definitely! Also, the owener gave me a great recommendation to Pactoral Lake! I fully recommend this Rapid City property!

The Perfect Stop

Second day of our trip out west. Was such a good stop. Park available down the street for my 3 year old. We had a family of deer that greeted us upon arrival. Views were great. Would definitely stay again. So much to explore in the area we didn’t get to.

Great neighborhood

We enjoyed our stay. The pool table was a hit with my 18 and 11 year old sons. We liked seeing the deer outside the door and all over the neighborhood. We took advantage of the community pool and basketball. The property provided everthing we needed and was very quiet and clean.
