Had kitchen, but kitchen ill-equipped. After check-in, the room didn't open with the key. After some wait, we got another room that didn't have full kitchen amenities. The property does not seem well maintained. But staff was friendly and helped us throughout.

The staff were extremely polite and helpful. The rooms were spacious and stocked with amenities (cutlery, dishes, etc.). The only negative was the cleanliness of the rooms. You could tell the floors hadn't been mopped because our socks became black on the bottoms. The couches had stains, rips and tears on the cushions. Some of the fresh bedding given had stains on it. Overall we had a great experience and the staff were accommodating. The price was reasonable and the location is walking distance to some food options.

Good but they can do better.

Overall my stay was good however, the hotel can do better in regards to cleaning, particularly, the furniture. The chairs and sofa in my room were visibly dirty and stained. Also the carpet by the elevator on the first floor had a strong smell of urine. However, the staff was friendly and the hotel felt safe and quiet overall.

The agent that checked us in was very kind and friendly the hotel room although it appeared to be clean when we walked around with our socks, the floor was extremely dirty. The chairs were dirty. They need for the upholstery to be shampooed or cleaned. The general hotel room was just rundown and not of the best condition although it wasn’t clean clean it was actually clean it just was The upholstery stains in the bathtub that can’t be washed because the bathtub needs to be resurfaced. The upholstery in the room need to be cleaned, and then the nighttime staff was extremely rude and disrespectful compared to your daytime. Staff who was very friendly and helpful.

Tv in the bedroom was blue , so every channel we turned to was completely background and blue ppl.. no linens or covers for let out sofa bed.. smelled like smoke/cigarettes.
