The lady at the desk that checked me in was not helpful what so ever! I had a $10 credit she never told me about and when I asked her if there was anywhere to get food around there she said no! I had to use google to see there was food 0.5 miles from hotel! The other ladies that worked there were great. Very nice and helpful. Wish they would of checked me in.

When I got back from my fasting labs there were no options for food service. The shuttle is very helpful and efficient. The rooms spartan the water pressure great, excellent shower. Well located

The room was clean and modern. I was checked in quickly but I was not told about breakfast or any amenities.

My Dad was a patient at Duke Hoqspital. I live 45 minutes away, so I was 1 minute away, but able to rest. Quiet, very comfortable and clean.

Super convenient!

Pros: Location, location, location!
Cons: Use something other than the thinnest possible toilet tissue. Seriously?
Location: Proximity to Duke Medical Center
Very nice but best of all - super convenient to Duke Medical Center. Recently refurbished and much improved. Staff was friendly and helpful. 'Would stay there anytime that I had a need to be at the Medical Center.

Dirty and dingy

Cons: Clean it.
I thought this would be a well kept and clean hotel seeing that it is next to the Duke Medical Centre. What a mistake. It was really unpleasant.

This hotel with a shuttle and excellent staff was wonderful.

Pros: Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet, helpful stqff
I recommend this hotel for it's cost, restaurant right downstairs, shuttle service and wonderful staff.
