Was very clean. Staff was friendly and attentive to our needs. The hotel is definitely dated. We had two issues and they were remedied right away. There were stairs that were a bit of a challenge, so this needs to be stated at booking in the future. Would stay here again.

Terrible

The room smelled. The air freshener was a poor cover up and was so potent it gave us headaches. The wifi didn't work. Neither did the shower. The sheets were dirty and the mattress bowed in the middle from use. The rooms were so tiny we could barely move in them. The facilities were poorly maintained including cracked and crumbling sidewalks. Not worth the value in the least. I'm very upset about it.

If you have expectations then this not the places to stay. The room is small and old. Parking can be a challenge. If you have no expectations then it is a great location. Staff was nice.

Hey, it’s cheap but you get what you pay for. Only one night spent there small double beds, tiny shower/bathroom. It’s quite old and dated but it was clean and served the purpose .

The Apple tree inn was terrible, I would not stay there again. They do however own another motel across the road and after a complaint about our first of three nights booked at the Apple tree and a request to be moved, they were very accommodating in doing so. I would stay at the other property again, but not the Apple Tree. It’s in very bad condition, our bathroom smelled like urine. The air conditioner is nothing more than a fan blowing air in from outside. Our room was so hot we asked for a portable fan, which they brought. But it was still too hot to even be able to sleep. There are no phones to the main desk and nobody at the desk paper 10 pm. We had very loud noisy neighbours until 2:30 am and nobody to deal with it.
