We had a really great stay overall. The room was extremely clean and the buffet breakfast was excellent definitely a highlight. The staff on site were lovely as well. One small area for improvement: I messaged the reservations team through Expedia but didn’t receive a response. It would be really helpful if reservations could communicate more promptly with guests.

The Bathroom was terrible! water splashes all over the place, no mechanism to control the condensation inside the bathroom. Although the room can easily fit 3 adults and 1 kid. I got charged $85 extra, and the amount I paid per night was exorbitant, whilst I appreciate it's the holiday season. Ideally, I'd like some refund. Not very happy at all!

The room was very clean and good amount of space for our family in the family deluxe room. The bathroom is kind of minimalistic, not my favorite. didn't have any counter space for toiletries and all. Breakfast was good, although the staff was very inconsistent regarding eggs to order availability. It was based in a retail shopping center which offered close access to a grocery store and other stores, but next time I'd rather stay in Queenstown or another town.
