Great location with friendly bilingual staff. Our little Yorkshire Terrier enjoyed the park across the street. Quiet location. The lack of drawers for storing clothing was an inconvenience. Overall would consider staying again in the future.

It’s a great location, staff is friendly, but the building is old, so there are occasional bugs, insects, etc. However, otherwise it’s a very good choice and it worth to note that parking was not an issue.

Lovely hotel located near the boardwalk and the Plains of Abraham. The staff were great and very friendly and knowledgeable. The rooms are on the smaller side but the beds were very comfortable.

Great jaccuzi tub. T V remote was hard to control, ended up watching Youtube, couldn't access the guide to find live TV. A full length mirror would be a great addition. Also a pop vending machine, front desk said it was in the basement but there wasn't one.

Amazing little Gem

I booked while driving same day on Hotels.com because the rated as fabulous. It was a little tricky to find but felt like home when I did with fire on and friendly guy at reception. He gave me another room on riverside with beautiful snow covered park in foreground. Right next to the Frontenac ! It all looked amazing with the lights and snow.

Cozy and great

Excellent location, friendly staff, cozy spaces, and offered board games and complimentary tea, coffee, juice all the time. The historic nature of the space means your room is small, but it was designed so all our luggage was able to fit. Quiet and the heat worked well. The valet parking was excellent during a snow storm too!

This charming hotel is very convenient for exploring old Quebec by foot. Very close to historic hotel Frontenac and beautiful views of the river as well many dining and shopping options. The staff was friendly, knowledgable and very helpful with all my questions. The breakfast was delicious with lots of fresh and local food options, the room was very clean and accomodating and the valet parking was super helpful if you're bringing a car. I would highly recommend it if you like a quiet and quaint hotel with all the modern amenities- even a wine vending machine in the lobby with real wine glasses!

Our stay in old Quebec

Very friendly staff, great location we were able to walk to most the carnival locations. Chateau Frontenac just around the corner Breakfast at a cost of $15 was good, they had crêpes, cereal, croissants, etc. Free coffee and tea, 24 hours. Our room faced the boardwalk and the river. Would definitely stay there again.
