"As imagens e descrição do hotel são um engodo de ponta a ponta. Não tem “terras” nem Finlândia, o hotel fica na sobreloja de um shopping simples. A foto da entrada não representa a entrada. Não há rampa, subimos escadas com as malas nas costas; quem aprovou esse projeto? - A roupa de cama estava suja - Os travesseiros estavam com odor - A roupa de cama era menor que a cama - Os ameneties são da mais baixa qualidade que eu já vi - As cortinas com manchas - A banheira de hidro branca, estava suja e manchada com marcas escuras (que nojo mano). - Não havia toalha de rosto - O desinfetante usado para “desodorizar” o quarto é também o mais barato possível, forte e ruim. - O café muito simples e infelizmente de baixa qualidade apesar do nítido esforço da “envergonhada” equipe de cozinha. O sujeito da recepção, ao ver nossa cara de decepção, já ficou na defensiva, nervoso. Escolhemos o hotel em virtude das fotos, do nome e do preço que era mais alto do que a média. Nos cobraram R$ 515,00 por uma diária no meio de semana e fora de temporada. Estão queimando o filme de Penedo. "
