The Condo has 24/7 security. Different activities are available in the area, all very convenient, from Golf , to great fishing, surfing (great for anybody learning and options for any advanced surfers as well), and others.

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo in the Faro de Mita complex. Beautifully maintained grounds and pool area. We were very impressed with all the staff. Our rep from Concierge at the bay was especially helpful and prompt with all requests. We loved the location as no cab is needed to walk to restaurants and shopping. We also really enjoyed sitting on our balcony watching the surfers and paddle boarders. The beach is rocky and not great for swimming but we spent hours at low tide looking for interesting shells and sea life. There are great beaches for swimming but you will need to drive to get to them. The condo itself is very comfortable and the kitchen is very well equipped. We would definitely rebook this condo.

Post Christmas family getaway

We stayed in this property post Christmas 2024 for one week with our four young adult children. Was very roomy, incredibly clean, well decorated and well stocked. This is our second visit to the Faro de Mita property, which is located on the edge of Corral del Risco (Punta Mita town), against the fence that separates the town from the gated area of Punta Muta resort areas. We rented a car this time as we found it easier than worrying about tacos and Ubers over the busy holiday week. The pool is large and not busy, the surfing beach is just in front, and other swimming beaches are a short drive away. The town has lots of restaurants to choose from

Enjoyable vacation in Punta de Mita

We enjoyed spacious accommodations along with well equipped kitchen and various beach accessories. Everything in the property and inside the condo is modern, in excellent working order and useful for tourist’s activities. The property is located in walking distance from restaurants. The only disappointment was the presence of rocks from small to half human size under the waterline in front of the property. We had to walk 10 minutes to be able to swim without bumping into submerged rocks. We also travelled to nearby beaches.

Relaxing Vacation

This condo had everything we needed! The location was perfect in town for shopping and restaurants. The view from the balcony was beautiful overlooking the pool and the ocean. So fun watching whales from the balcony. Hugo was very helpful as well as Abraham the concierge! We’ll be back!

Relaxing location - great pool

We loved the complex, the pool, the view. Great restaurants, all set on the ocean side, but Punta de Mita is small - limited areas to walk, shop and explore. Beach is rocky. The concierge Alan was very accommodating and helpful. Got us set up on some great tours, specifically the Hidden Beach tour. Bathrooms could use an upgrade. 3rd bedroom with bunk is in a laundry room and has a strong detergent smell.

Faro De Mita Condo

Great condo in a great neighbourhood. Very secure complex just above the main strip in Punta Mita. Beach access made surfing El Anclote very convenient, especially with surfboard racks inside the complex so you don't have to bring them up to the condo every night. Great coffee shop a block away for grabbing coffee, smoothies and delicious food. Also a very easy walk to the Oxxo store. The condo itself was very clean, well stocked with towels (including beach), snorkels, boogie boards, beach chairs and even a cooler. Communication with the property manager and even owner was fast and pleasant. I would definitely recommend to other travellers and will be back in the future.

Beautiful

A very nice place for a family vacation. Very comfortable with a good kitchen. Gorgeous pool. The beach close to the hotel is very rocky, but there is a nice sandy beach a 10-minute walk away. Great restaurants and grocery stores also minutes away on foot. The third bedroom is very small, but the other two and the living areas are all very spacious. Very quiet condo and very relaxing. Maintenance and management are very responsive.
