The resort is beautiful, clean, and well maintained, and most of the bartenders and general staff were great. However, the front desk staff could be more courteous and efficient. Check in and checkout both took about 30 minutes due to long lines, and the staff seemed impatient.
After check in, we were sent to guest services and invited to a “quick meeting” that turned out to be a timeshare presentation, which was not clearly explained upfront. The presentation ended up taking about two hours and felt very pushy after we said no. We were promised free massages for attending but were told the spa was fully booked, so we could not use them and were given $100 instead, which does not match the value.
The food also needs improvement in variety. Breakfast and lunch options were repetitive, and dinner requires early reservations, with some better items costing extra, which does not feel truly all inclusive. The resort is very quiet with little nightlife, and most activities end by 9 PM, so it feels more geared toward older guests. For the price paid, the overall value did not meet expectations.
